We collect information that you explicitly provide to us when using our platform tools or interacting with our services:

• Account & Contact Information: Your name, email address, and authentication preferences when signing up, downloading career guides, or requesting services. If you choose to leave your email while using our free tools (for example to get tips by email, to share feedback or to start creating an account), we store it with the page or tool you were on, the date, your IP address and approximate location, and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails.
• Career & Professional Information: Target job roles, industries, seniority levels, work history, and skills provided during profile audits.
• Resume / CV Information: Document text, work accomplishments, metrics, education, and keywords uploaded or pasted into our ATS Resume Checker.
• LinkedIn / Profile Information: Public profile URL, headline, About summary, experience snippets, and skills provided for analysis.
• Job Descriptions & Cover Letters: Target job listings and custom prompt instructions submitted for tailored optimization.
• Feedback & Ratings: Ratings, suggestion text, and survey responses provided to improve our services.
• Technical & Usage Information: For every visit we automatically record a session ID, your browser user agent, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, region and city), the pages you view, and the links and buttons you click. When you use an AI tool we also record which tool you used and how many AI tokens it consumed. We use this to keep the service secure, prevent abuse, enforce free usage limits, and understand how our tools are used. These logs are deleted after 365 days.

3. How Information Is Used

We process your data strictly for the specified, lawful purposes to which you have consented:

• To deliver requested AI profile scores, ATS keyword matches, and personalized recommendation reports.
• To fulfill career PDF lead magnet requests and guide downloads.
• To maintain audit-compliant consent logs as required under data protection regulations.
• To provide customer support and respond to user inquiries.
• To improve our algorithm accuracy, personal branding heuristics, and feature quality.
• With your explicit, separate opt-in consent, to send career insights, product news, and resource updates.

4. AI Processing & Sub-Processors

AICreatify uses advanced Artificial Intelligence models (such as Google Gemini API / OpenAI API) to evaluate resumes and profiles. Your text data is transmitted securely over HTTPS solely for real-time analysis. We do not sell your personal data or resume content to third parties, nor do we permit public model training on your private document submissions.

5. Email Communications & Marketing Consent

Marketing consent is optional and strictly separate from required service processing consent. You are never forced to subscribe to promotional emails to use our free tools or download guides. Every promotional email contains a direct link to Unsubscribe at any time.

Leaving your email on our free tools is always optional and never required to see your results. When you agree to marketing emails, we record the exact wording you agreed to and when. Unsubscribing withdraws that consent immediately.

6. Cookies & Analytics

7. Data Retention Policy

• Profile Audit Logs: Retained up to 60 days for report retrieval.
• Lead Magnet Submissions: Retained up to 365 days unless deletion is requested earlier.
• Consent Records: Retained for 1825 days to maintain auditable compliance history.

8. Your Rights under DPDP Act 2023
